This is the best banana pancake recipe! So pretty, so perfect! Use a very small amount of butter on a nonstick pan to get that perfect color. 10/10

We enjoyed these pancakes for breakfast this morning. I had some trouble with the ingredients -- had to add more milk as the batter was really thick. Nice banana flavor.

I gave these the "Elvis" treatment by serving with a dab of peanut butter. I cut the recipe in half although I did use 2 verrrrry ripe bananas and there was not as much pronounced banana taste as I expected. Also added an egg as one reviewer recommended. I'm still getting used to cooking on an electric stove so a few pancakes were a little raw in the center and slightly burnt on the edges. Made for CQ2016/ Team IHPi
