- 1⁄2 cup nonfat yogurt
- 1⁄2 banana (can be frozen)
- 1⁄2 cup blueberries
- 1⁄2 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1⁄2 cup skim milk
directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender (or cup if using a hand blender) and mix until smooth. Add more liquid if consistency is too think for you.
