    cups non dairy milk (I use soy or almond)

    ice cubes

    teaspoon ground flax seed (optional)

DIRECTIONS

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. If desired, add ground flaxseed now. Blend at high speed until a thin, creamy consistency is reached.
  • Serve immediately.
