- 3 bananas, diced
- 1⁄3 cup raisins
- 1⁄3 cup zante currants
- 1⁄4 cup shredded coconut
- 6 pitted medjool dates, cut into small pieces
- 1⁄3 cup roasted peanuts, salty, finely ground
- 1⁄2 cup walnuts, cut into pieces
- 1⁄2 teaspoon carob powder
- 1 tablespoon stevia, leaves powdered*
directions
- Combine all ingredients.
- *You may want to powder the stevia leaves yourself rather than use the grinder, as this might cause them to become bitter.
