- 20 cheddar Little Smokies sausages, cut into thirds
- 1 cup green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 3 garlic cloves (or more)
- 2 tablespoons dried sweet basil leaves
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- 3 tablespoons orange juice, fresh
- 1⁄4 cup balsamic vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce (optional)
- 4 tablespoons parmesan cheese
directions
- Put all ingredients in a large fry pan and sautee at high heat until cabbage is crisp tender.
- Plate and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
