- 3 cups oatmeal
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon cinnamon or 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1⁄2 cup applesauce or 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup granny smith apple, Chopped
- 1⁄2 cup dried cranberries or 1/2 cup raisins
- 1⁄4 cup walnuts
directions
- Mix all ingredients together in 9x9 pan sprayed with Pam.
- Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45min.
