Baked Crab Cake Balls

"Small crab meat hors d’oeuvre."

• Ingredients: 4
• Serves: 8

ingredients

• 1 lb crabmeat
• 1⁄2 tablespoon wasabi
• 2 tablespoons japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
• 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

directions

1. Preheat oven at 450°F.
2. Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls and put on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
3. Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
4. Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
