- 1 lb crabmeat
- 1⁄2 tablespoon wasabi
- 2 tablespoons japanese mayonnaise (kewpie)
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
directions
- Preheat oven at 450°F.
- Mix all ingredients. Form into 1 inch balls and put on a parchment paper covered baking sheet.
- Bake for 5 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with soy sauce, wasabi and pickled ginger.
