1 casserole dish (2 quart)

ingredients
- 1 -2 onion, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1⁄4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine
- 2 (10 ounce) cans clams, with juice (baby or minced)
- 1⁄2 cup grated cheese (velveeta or american)
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese
- 3 -4 dashes Tabasco sauce, to taste
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice, to taste
- 3⁄4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
- cracker, assortment, for dipping
directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Melt butter in a pan and saute onions and garlic until slightly browned and softened.
- Combine the rest of the ingredients; add to onion and garlic saute.
- Bring to a boil.
- Transfer into a 2 quart casserole dish and bake at 400 about 20 minutes, or until browned around the edge.

Welcome! I joined this website in 2001, as a new wife and Mom of a 1 y/o and I was 28 yrs old and did not know about cooking. I found this website cause I searched the web and wanted to find a good recipe for carrots! I found that recipe and so much more here over the years. I learned so much from this website and opened up my eyes to other recipes. I now am 46 y/o. I am now divorced and my then 1 y/o son is now a Marine. I have a wonderful man in my life that loves and appreciates my cooking and I thank this site for all of its help. I still come here for recipes.
