Preheat the oven to 392 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Combine the garlic, chili powder, paprika, curry powder, cornflour, oregano, sugar, salt, and pepper in a large, resealable bag; seal and shake to combine. Add the chicken wings; reseal and shake to coat. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking rack.
Cook the wings in the preheated oven 40 minutes or until crisp and cooked through. Do not over cook.
