Baked Chicken Wings
"I wanted chicken wings but couldn't find a recipe for baked ones that sounded good so I made my own. Hubby said to post the recipe cause they were good."

ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup texas pete hot sauce
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 1 -2 tablespoon garlic salt
- 2 lbs chicken wings
directions
- Mix together first three ingredients pour over chicken and marinate in the fridge for three hours.
- Bake at 350°F for about 1 1/2 hours or until done.
- Time is an estimate.

These were the hit of our Super Bowl Sunday buffet! I used a Light Soy Sauce and Garlic Powder instead of Garlic Salt because we are watching our salt intake around here. I otherwise followed exactly and the results were fantastic. It's going in my Zaar Super Stars Cook Book. Thank you!
