Baked Chicken Cordon Bleu

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon black pepper
- 4 thin slices prosciutto or 4 deli ham
- 1⁄2 cup asiago cheese, shredded
- 1⁄4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
directions
- Flatten chicken to 1/4 inch thickness; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Top each with prosciutto or deli ham and cheese.
- Roll up and tuck in ends; secure with toothpicks.
- Transfer to an 11-inch by 7-inch baking dish coated with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
