Baked Apple Custard Cups

- 2 nilla vanilla wafers
- 1⁄3 cup apple, finely shredded
- 1 tablespoon pecans, chopped
- 2 tablespoons philadelphia cream cheese spread
- 1 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 egg
- 1⁄4 cup milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Cool Whip Topping
directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F Spray two 6-oz. custard cups wirh cooking spray. Place 1 wafer in each cup.
- Combine apples and pecans; spoon evenly over wafers. Set aside.
- Beat cream cheese spread, sour cream and sugar in small bowl until well blended. Add egg, milk and cinnamon; mix well. Pour over apple mixture in cups. Place cups on baking sheet.
- Bake 20-25 minutes or until center of each dessert is set. Cool slightly. Top each dessert wirh a dollop of the whipped topping just before serving.

<br>I guess the dish that I am famous for is my Christmas ham - my family all comes home for Christmas, and if i don't have my ham they are dissapointed, and my grandson wants the pistachio squares!!! so I guess that is the dishes that I'm famous for.
