Babzy's Lazy Cabbage Casserole

"This is a flavourful version of cabbage rolls without all the work! It's really good served with mashed potatoes. I think this dish is great as is but if you really don't like much salt in your food I would only add half of the onion soup mix. This recipe is weight watchers core when made without the addition of the optional cheese."

This dish was very easy to make, the only turn off.... it was very salty. If I would make it again I would add 1/2 of the french onion soup ... or maybe none at all.

WOW----yummy, fast, inexpensive and did I say YUMMY? This is a great dish that requires very little effort. I used white instant rice as I had no brown--seemed fine to us, otherwise followed recipe exactly! Thanks so much for such a successful supper!
