- 3 medium potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 (130 g) can vegetarian low-sodium baked beans
directions
- Steam, microwave or boil potatoes until soft.
- Drain and then mash potatoes with the baked beans.

I made this for myself when needing to stay on "soft" foods for a week after dental work. It was a nice change from the usual mashed potatoes and the beans added protein as well. I made this twice and the hand mashing worked the best. It was too thick for my blender. I don't know about baby but I will want this one again. Thanks for sharing it.Reply
