"My family has made these for years as part of the annual holiday baking and candy making. I do sometimes temper the chocolate instead of using the paraffin depending on time."

I live in a house that was built in 1929 and is in a constant state of renovation. I cook and bake indiscriminently. Appropriately since most of my memories of my family time are centered around the kitchen or the dining room table. Whatever is in the pantry or fridge when I open the door will probably be in whatever I'm making. I also rarely measure anything, which comes from my aunts. I tend to garden the same way, although due to the small size of my yard I show more restraint. I work as a nurse to support these hobbies.
