Asian Salad Dressing
- Ready In:
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 4 teaspoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄8 teaspoon sesame oil
- Combine all ingredients in a small jar with tight fitting lid.
- Shake to combine and chill until serving time.

Great Taste and VERY easy to make but had to double the recipe. I was making a dinner salad with thin sliced boneless pork chop strips, red pepper slivers (for color), Almond slices, Mandarin oranges and chinese noodles and the four serving amount suggested just wasn't enough. (Maybe OK for a small side salad). Also I substituted one of the Tablespoons of Mayo with a Tablespoon of Wasabi Sauce to give it a little kick.
