"Tired of boring white rice, I made this to go with "Recipe #88991"."

• Yields: 2 cups
• Serves: 4

ingredients

• 1 cup white rice
• 2 cups chicken broth
• 1 tablespoon Thai sweet chili sauce
• 1 tablespoon soy sauce
• 1 teaspoon rice wine vinegar

directions

1. Rinse rice until water is clear.
2. Place all ingredients in rice cooker.
3. Serve with your favorite Asian dish.

Delicious! The recipe is slightly spicy, slightly sweet, and had an almost fried rice flavor. I served it with Sweet & Sour Meatballs #65713 and would make the recipe again. Thank you for sharing the recipe!
