DIRECTIONS

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Butter a 14 x 8 glass baking dish.
  • Mix brown sugar, oats, flour, cinnamon, nutmeg, and coconut in food processor, using on/off turns.
  • Add butter and process until chopped into small pieces.
  • Add pecans; process until moist clumps form.
  • Peel, core and slice apples. Place evenly in baking dish.
  • Sprinkle cranberries evenly over top of apples.
  • Sprinkle topping evenly over apple-cranberry mixture.
  • Bake until apples are tender, filling is bubbling and topping is crisp, about 45-50 minutes Serve warm or at room temperature.
