  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat well.
  • Add remaining ingredients and mix well.
  • Drop small balls of dough on ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Flatten slightly at edges.
  • Dough can be chilled before baking.
  • Also can be stored in tightly sealed bowl for several days. It can also be frozen. Just make what you need and save the rest for later. I save it for quite a while sometimes and you just can't tell. I don't have the time for the cookies to bake, but it doesn't take long and when they start to turn golden around the edges they are ready.
