ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce) can salmon, drained & flaked
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cucumber, peeled seeded & diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1⁄4 cup soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
directions
- Combine ingredients and toss together.
- Chill.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
- And yes that is 1T black pepper.
