  1. These are just OK. It only made 18 small cookies and the almonds fell out when I was transferring them. The taste is alright. Will not make again.

  2. These did appear to be quite dry and flavorless to me as well after I mixed it all up. I decided to add about an 1/8 of a cup of Maraschino Cherry liquid because I know cherries compliment almonds and I was not disappointed - they were pretty good - just a bit of sweetness to them. I got just under 2 dozen cookies and baked them for 15 minutes.

  3. I love almonds and not overly sweet cookies, but this recipe was still quite a disappointment. The cookies are very dry, crumbly, and flavorless and rather pale and unattractive to boot. I dusted them with powdered sugar to make them more palatable.
