Yum! I grounded up some sliced almonds using a food processor. I used whole milk instead of buttermilk and I didn't have ceyenne so I busted out the red pepper flakes. Very easy and everyone in the family loved it!

The coating was good and so was the fish, unfortunately for my recipe the coating fell off during cooking. :)

I followed the recipe to a tee (for a change) and found that it was a very tasty way to prepare basa. I used the lemon pepper, and had lemon wedges on the side. It was quite an easy recipe to follow and turned out well. I served it with an orzo and asparagus side dish (recipe also from this site). A nice, healthy meal!
