ingredients

• 1⁄2 lb noodles
• 1⁄4 lb butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
• salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 -2 boneless skinless chicken breast (optional)
• 1⁄2 - 1 cup cooked broccoli (optional)

directions

1. season and cook chicken breasts over med heat. cut into pieces
2. have a large bowl warmed and ready for use. cook and drain the noodles, put them in the bowl. quickly add the butter, salt, pepper, cheese and cream toss to coat all the noodles. add chicken and broccoli if desired.
