- 6 tablespoons salt
- 6 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 4 tablespoons oregano
- 2 tablespoons black pepper
- 2 tablespoons turmeric
- 2 tablespoons onion powder

- Mix and store in a tightly sealed container.

I have never been able to lay my hand on Adobo Seasoning before, but have often seen it in recipes.<br/>I was delighted to find this, and have the opportunity to try it.<br/>Not only is it the simplest of seasoning mixes to throw together ( with the most surprising of ingredients, as far as I was concerned), but it tastes just fab.<br/>So far, I have just been throwing it onto chicken, and in turn throwing that onto the barbecue-which has been just DELICIOUS ( hence why I haven't progressed much farther!), but I fully intend to exploit it's full potential, and will be using it on just about everything I can think of in the very near future....<br/>Big thumbs up from me and DH...<br/>Made for ROOKIE TAG.Reply
