Ada's Peanut Butter Fudge

"I was unsure of this recipe at first. I had never heard of fudge made with brown sugar before, but this is the creamiest fudge I have ever had. This is also the only fudge recipe I have never either over or under cooked."

  1. Nice fudge. Real easy to cook up. I agree with Sydney Mike, no way did this take an hour to make. Set very nicely. Taste is sooo creamy, light and smooth. Not grainy at all or too sweet as far as I'm concerned. Bottom line? Great fudge recipe. Thanks, With love, for sharing. P.S. I only had light brown sugar. When mixed with the marshmallow fluff I thought it made it too pale aesthetically. Next time I'll use dark brown sugar. Don't forget here, though, this is my personal preference.

  2. Made this the other day to share with some peanut butter lovin' friends of mine ~ Sort of an early present along with the recipe, which they much appreciated! Definitely did NOT take an hour to make this fudge (more like about 13 minutes!), so don't let that throw you! GREAT TASTING FUDGE, for sure! Thanks for sharing the recipe!
