Ada's Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge

  • Combine sugar, cocoa, butter, vanilla, and evaporated milk in a saucepan.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture boils all over.
  • Begin timing. Boil EXACTLY 3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in more vanilla, peanut butter, and marshmallow cream until smooth.
  • Pour into buttered pan.
  • Chill.

  1. Made this to have out for a 4th of July celebration we're having (including at least 2 friends who are also PB fanatics)! Did use a bit more than a "dash of vanilla," using, as I did, 2 teaspoons of the stuff, & also used a chunky PB! Cooled it in a 13"x9" baking dish & cut the sweet slab of fudge into small pieces!
