I used the mini-sausages from Aidell's so that they weren't as mushy as a cocktail weiner, but this recipe was great, but even better the next day. When I heated up the left-overs at work, I had everyone stopping at my office to ask what I was eating. It was so much fun to tell them I was eating Monkey Brains.
