ingredients
- 1 box lemon flake cake mix
- 1 box instant pineapple pudding
- 4 eggs
- 1⁄2 cup cooking oil
- 10 ounces 7-Up soda

FROSTING
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1⁄2 - 1 cup butter or 1/2-1 cup margarine
- 1 1⁄2 cups sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch or 2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup coconut (optional)
directions
- Mix together above ingredients.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 inch baking pan.
- Bake at 325 for 30 to 35 minutes.
- FROSTING---------.
- Mix and cook until thick.
- Add coconut.
- Let cake cool before icing.
