$5 Tacos

ingredients

• 3⁄4 3/4 lb shredded chicken or 3/4 lb ground turkey
• 1 taco seasoning, packet
• taco shells or corn tortilla
• 1 cup lettuce, shredded
• 1⁄2 tomatoes, chopped
• 1⁄2 onion, chopped
• salsa
• 1⁄2 cup cheddar cheese
• 3 -4 corn cobs

directions

1. Cook meat. Add taco seasoning. Place meat into taco shells/tortillas. Top with tomatoes, onions, lettuce, salsa and cheese.
2. Boil corn cobs 5-7 minutes.

I doubled the recipe for my family but used two pounds of meat instead of 1.5 pounds. I followed the recipe except we did not use the onions and topped them with sour cream. I also didn't make the corn. We all enjoyed these.
