ingredients

• 1 lb ground beef
• 1 cup salsa
• 1⁄2 cup chopped onion
• 1⁄2 mayonnaise
• 2 tablespoons chili powder
• 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
• 1 teaspoon ground cumin
• 4 ounces cheddar cheese
• 4 ounces mozzarella cheese

directions

1. Preheat oven to 175C.
2. Cook and stir ground beef in a large skillet over medium high heat.
3. cook until crumbly and brown.
4. Drain any excess grease then stir in the salsa,onion,mayo,chili powder,and the cumin.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Add a layer of chips then a layer of the ground beef then a layer of chips again then a layer of the cheese.
7. Bake for 30 minutes.
