  • Mix eggs, water, sugar, and salt.
  • Add warm milk.
  • Mix yeast with one cup of flour in a small bowl.
  • Add the yeast and flour to the mixture.
  • Mix in the remaining cups of flour and knead for a couple minutes (you may need 1-3 cups more of flour.).
  • Cover and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
  • Split the dough into 2 sections.
  • Roll out dough and brush with melted butter.
  • Cut dough into 12 pieces (if you want smaller rolls cut the bigger pieces in half.).
  • Roll each section into a crescent shape and place on a greased baking sheet.
  • Brush with butter before letting it rise for 15-30 minutes.
  • Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400.
  • Enjoy! (best when warm).
