- Mix eggs, water, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm milk.
- Mix yeast with one cup of flour in a small bowl.
- Add the yeast and flour to the mixture.
- Mix in the remaining cups of flour and knead for a couple minutes (you may need 1-3 cups more of flour.).
- Cover and let rise for 15-20 minutes.
- Split the dough into 2 sections.
- Roll out dough and brush with melted butter.
- Cut dough into 12 pieces (if you want smaller rolls cut the bigger pieces in half.).
- Roll each section into a crescent shape and place on a greased baking sheet.
- Brush with butter before letting it rise for 15-30 minutes.
- Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400.
- Enjoy! (best when warm).
