Enchilada Nachos(Vegetarian)

You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 15 ounces refried beans
    2. 8 ounces enchilada sauce ( more or less as preferred)
    3. 1/2 onion, diced
    4. shredded cheese
    5. 1/2 teaspoon cumin
    6. tortilla chips

    Additional toppings

    1. tomato
    2. Lettuce or spinach
    3. olive
    4. corn

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 325.
  2. Heat beans and cumin in a small saucepan over medium heat for a few minutes until softened.
  3. Spread out tortilla chips on a large baking pan.
  4. Add beans then enchilada sauce, reserving some sauce for drizzling before serving.
  5. Sprinkle cheese and onions on top.
  6. Bake 8-10 minutes.
  7. Add additional toppings if desired, and drizzle more enchilada sauce on top.
