Roasted Asparagus

Ingredients

    1. 1 bunch asparagus, ends trimmed
    2. 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
    3. 3 garlic cloves, minced
    4. 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
    5. salt

Directions

  1. Place asparagus in a glass baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  2. Toss asparagus with olive oil and garlic.
  3. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
  4. During last 5 minutes, sprinkle with parmesan.
  5. Season to taste.
