Delicious Oven-Baked Hash Browns

Ingredients

    1. 1 (2 lb) bags frozen hash brown potatoes ( thawed for 1 hour)
    2. 1 (10 ounce) cans cream of chicken soup
    3. 1 (10 ounce) cans cream of celery soup
    4. 1 cup sour cream
    5. 1 medium onion, grated ( or chopped)
    6. 4 ounces cheddar cheese, grated
    7. 1/2 cup parmesan cheese

Directions

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in large bowl. Transfer to a greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle parmesan cheese over the top.
  2. Bake at 375 deg F for 1 hour until lightly browned and bubbling.
