You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

    1. 100 g self-raising flour
    2. 1 pinch salt
    3. 2 eggs
    4. 100 g butter
    5. 100 g caster sugar
    6. 50 g chopped glace cherries

Directions

  1. Sift the flour with the salt.
  2. Put all ingredients into a mixing bowl, beat hard for 1 minute (I use my hand held electric beater).
  3. Put mixture into 18 greased & floured patty pans.
  4. Bake for 15minutes at 180c.
