SALAD
- 946.36 ml fresh broccoli florets, bite sized flowerets
- 1182.95 ml fresh cauliflower florets, bite sized flowerets
- 118.29 ml frozen peas, thawed
- 59.14 ml chopped red onion
- 59.14 ml chopped radish

DRESSING
- 118.29 ml reduced-fat sour cream
- 118.29-177.44 ml mayonnaise, lowfat ok
- 29.58 ml prepared horseradish
- 1.23-2.46 ml salt
- 1.23 ml garlic powder
- 1.23 ml pepper
- 1.23 ml sugar
directions
- In a large bowl, toss together all of the veggies.
- In another bowl, stir together the sour cream, mayo (start with the lesser amount), horseradish, salt, garlic powder, pepper and sugar.
- Pour the dressing over veggies; toss to caot well.
