I made this up from things I had lying around one night. It's awesome on flank steak and I bet it would be just as good on any other type of steak.
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo, chopped
- 3 teaspoons adobo sauce
- 1 lime, juice of
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1⁄2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
