  1. Melt butter in saucepan, add the mushrooms and garlic.
  2. Saute until the mushrooms are done.
  3. Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes, then ad the 2 sauces andheat on low for 12 minutes.
  4. Use to baste your steaks or serve on the side.
