- 1⁄4 lb butter
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon fresh garlic, minced
- 1⁄2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- Melt butter in saucepan, add the mushrooms and garlic.
- Saute until the mushrooms are done.
- Add the white wine and cook for 2 minutes, then ad the 2 sauces andheat on low for 12 minutes.
- Use to baste your steaks or serve on the side.
