Maybe not the real thing, but it is yummy!
- 2 cups nonfat milk
- 3 1⁄2 ounces sugar-free instant chocolate pudding mix (Jello brand is best!)
- 1 teaspoon coconut extract
- 1 cup old-fashioned oatmeal, not the quick cooking kind (raw)
- 1⁄2 teaspoon almond extract
- MIx pudding & milk. Add rest .Put in 3 one cup custard dishes. Refrigerate 1 hours.
Next time I make this, I think I'll use a bit less cocont extract.
