Simple. Crisp. Fresh
- 14.79 ml extra virgin olive oil
- 1-2 lemon, juice of
- sea salt
- cracked pepper
- 226.79 g spinach or 226.79 g butter lettuce
- 118.29 ml crumbled feta
- Wash and toss the greens into a bowl. Squeeze the lemons directly over them, add the oil, salt and pepper. Toss the salad to mix.
- Sprinkle the feta on top.
Outstanding and so easy. A very fresh taste for winter...and other seasons.
So easy, quick and fresh!! I used spinach this time but I will make again with butter lettuce. So simple but delicious! Made for PAC Fall 2009.
