"Had this on a buffet table at the Williamsburg Inn. It was so good I asked the waiter for the recipe. Have made it ever since for special occasions and special friends. All amounts can be altered to suit your taste."

I live in Tidewater Virginia. Fresh seafood is very plentiful and my husband and I love all of it. If I could have only one cookbook it would be Virginia Hospitality but Tidewater on the Half Shell is a close second. Both my husband and I are retired but enjoy cooking.
