ingredients
- 59.16 ml butter
- 118.29 ml organic whipping cream
- 118.29 ml rapadura, turbinado or 118.29 ml other raw sugar
- 473.18 ml whole spelt flour
- 118.29 ml lehua honey
- 709.77 ml frozen wild blueberries
- 9.85 ml baking powder
directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Melt butter in a 8"x8" pan.
- Mix all ingredients except blueberries and pour into the buttered pan.Top with the blueberries.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Serve warm.
