  • Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Beat milk, oil, and eggs together and add to dry ingredients.
  • Pour onto hot griddle or frypan and cook until top is slightly dry and firm.
  • Turn and brown the other side.
  • Serve with butter and syrup.
