- 2 cups whole wheat flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
directions
- Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
- Beat milk, oil, and eggs together and add to dry ingredients.
- Pour onto hot griddle or frypan and cook until top is slightly dry and firm.
- Turn and brown the other side.
- Serve with butter and syrup.
