Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Walnut Squares

I find these to have a nice texture and flavor. For a whole wheat bar, I feel they are very good.

Directions

  1. Pour coconut oil/olive oil mixture into a large bowl.
  2. Add honey, egg and vanilla and mix well.
  3. Add dry ingredients.
  4. Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  5. Spread into a greased 8 or 9 inch square pan.
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
