This is a combination of a bunch of recipes I found. I used a mixture of fresh (kiwi, strawberries, blueberries) and frozen fruit (peaches and raspberries). Make sure you let it meld for at least an hour before serving!

  1. Combine water, sugar, cinnamon sticks and vanilla bean in a sauce pan. Simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool to room temperature.
  2. Slice/cut up fruit.
  3. Combine all ingredients. Chill and meld for at least an hour.
  4. Serve over ice.
  5. Prep time includes the minimum hour of melding.
