Ingredients Nutrition


  1. Cut cucumbers into 2" segments.
  2. Combine with garlic in food processor/blender and puree until smooth and even.
  3. Add chicken stock, sour cream, vinegar, and salt.
  4. Mix just until all ingredients are blended together.
  5. Chill 1 hr.
  6. Pour into serving bowls, garnish with tomato and chives.
  7. Serve immediately.
