This recipe makes the best whipped cream ever. I like it because it can easily be doubled and it's not to sweet. It's so easy to make whipped cream yourself that you will never buy it in a can or a tub again.
- In a medium mixing bowl with an electric mixer on medium speed beat together cream, sugar, and vanilla until desired peaks form.
I never buy those evil cans of supposed "whipped cream"! Why make a dessert from scratch if you're going to cover it with fake cream? This was super simple to make and delicious on top of the homemade tapioca pudding of Cupcake Princess' that I also made and enjoyed serving to my family. Made for Spring PAC 2010.
Easy and good. We don't like super sweet so this was perfect.
