Wheat N Applesauce Cake

ingredients

• 1 cup canola oil
• 1 1⁄2 cups light brown sugar, packed
• 2 cups unsweetened applesauce
• 3 cups whole wheat flour
• 2 teaspoons baking soda
• 2 teaspoons cinnamon

directions

1. Preheat oven to 175 Celsius.
2. Mix ingredients in the given order, blending thoroughly.
3. Bake for about 45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
4. Cool for 5 minutes.
5. Invert and cool on wire rack.
