Once you taste steamed shrimp dipped in this you may never use cocktail sauce again. Especially good with fried calamari.

came out a bit mild at first, found it neccessary to add about 3x's as much wasabi, but i was using a tube of fresh ground wasabi rather than prepared from the powder, maybe this made a difference?
