- 473.18 ml penne pasta
- 236.59 ml plain nonfat yogurt
- 29.58 ml low-fat mayonnaise
- 56.69 g blue cheese, finely crumbled
- 1.23 ml salt
- 0.61 ml black pepper
- 9.85 ml olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 340.19 g round steaks, trimmed of all visible fat and thinly sliced
- 236.59 ml cherry tomatoes, halved
directions
- Cook the pasta according to package directions.
- Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, blue cheese, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Heat a large nonstick skillet. Swirl in the oil, then add the garlic.
- Sautee until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the beef in two batches and cook, until browned, about 2 minutes.
- Add the pasta to the bowl with the yogurt dressing.
- Add the steak and tomatoes and toss gently to coat.
- Serve at once.
